When it comes to our software mapping products, Never-Search is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of its customers.
To ensure our Never-Search for Golf product measures up to your expectations and performs to your satisfaction, we encourage you to take advantage of our free trial evaluation before making a purchase. However, if for any reason, you decide the product you purchased is not what you expected or does not meet your needs, within 45 days of the date of purchase, you may request a full refund of the software and software update service. The refund, however, will not include any charged DVD mailing fees (presently $3.95 per DVD).
To request a refund, just email back the original receipt of your purchase that was emailed to you, within 45 days of the date on the receipt, to: . To give us the opportunity to make our products better, please include a brief reason for the return, and if more than one software product was purchased and is listed on the receipt, please indicate all the Activation Code(s) that you are requesting a refund for. We will issue a credit to the same credit card on which the purchase was made for all the software/software update service charges, and email you a receipt of the credit.
Once the refund is given, any previously downloaded POI (golf) data will disappear from your map after a few days, leaving you with a fully functional travel map of the US. This travel map will still find addresses and save them, continue to show previously found locations, perform routing and give directions, operate with a GPS receiver to show your location on the map, and identify the entrances of every major airport in the US. You may keep this map with our complements.
